The search resulted in the recovery of an AR15 Assault Rifle, a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, and a pistol-grip shotgun, all of which were loaded. Serial numbers on the recovered weapons matched those reported stolen to State Police in April 2014.

Deschamp was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, 3 counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree, and 3 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, felonies.

He was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. Valentin-Cuebas was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, a felony. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Liberty Court.
