Suitcase full of hallucinogenic mushrooms in Wurtsboro

On Friday August 15th, 2014 Wurtsboro Troopers arrested a Long Island man for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Wurtsboro Troopers conducted a traffic stop in the Village of Wurtsboro Friday night on a vehicle for an equipment violation.

Upon interview of the operator Patryk Dabrowski, of Long Island, Troopers smelt a strong odor of marijuana and alcohol. Troopers conducted an investigation and located a suitcase with Hallucinogenic mushrooms in it located in the vehicle.

Dabrowski was arrested and transported to SP Wurtsboro to be processed. Dabrowski was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd for possessing over 4 grams of Mushrooms. Dabrowski was arraigned in Town of Mamakating Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail until his next court date.
