Peter Clifford, 28, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $750.00, undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 90 days nor more than 6 months, and perform 50 hours of community service within 6 months. Clifford previously pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, graded as a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. The incident occurred on Dec. 1, 2013 in Texas Township. Clifford was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police. Clifford’s BAC was a .16%.

Timothy Lee Gibbons, 26, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, be placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 months, pay a fine of $1,000, and perform 50 hours of community service within 6 months. Gibbons previously pleaded guilty to one count of delivery of heroin, graded as a felony. The incident occurred on Dec. 16-18, 2013 in Honesdale. Gibbons was arrested by the Wayne County Drug Task Force.

Wilson, 39, of Hawley, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 45 days followed immediately by 6 months less 45 days in the Intermediate Punishment Program, be placed on House Arrest with Electronic and Alcohol Monitoring for a period of 45 days, pay a fine of $2,000, and perform 40 hours of community service within 3 months. Wilson previously pleaded guilty to one count of DUI. The incident occurred on Nov. 8, 2013 in Salem Township. Wilson was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police. Wilson refused to submit to chemical testing.

Nicole M. Biglin, 28, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution, undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 60 days nor more than 23 ½ months, and pay restitution jointly and severally with Christopher Williams in the amount of $1,759.09. Biglin previously pleaded guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of identity theft. The incident occurred on Feb. 24, 2014 in Texas Township. Biglin was arrested by the Honesdale Borough Police.

James McCabe, 45, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300, and be placed on probation for a period of 18 months. McCabe previously pleaded guilty to one count of retail theft, graded as a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree. The incident occurred on Nov. 16, 2013 in Honesdale. McCabe was arrested by the Honesdale Borough Police.

Cody Capasso, 21, of Hawley, was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300, and be placed on probation for a period of 18 months. Capasso previously pleaded guilty to one count of carrying a firearm without a license, graded as a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. The incident occurred on Mar. 21, 2014 in Hawley. Capasso was arrested by the Hawley Borough Police.

Kimberly A. Gillette, 53, of Dickson City, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, pay a fine of $3,000, and undergo imprisonment for a period not less than 14 months nor more than 5 years. Gillette previously pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, one count of fleeing or attempting to elude police, and one county of driving with a suspended license. George T. Hofmann was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police.

Sunny Sorenson, 46, of Newfoundland, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 5 days nor more than 18 months, and pay restitution in the amount of $811.76. Sorenson previously pleaded guilty to one count of recklessly endangering another person, graded as a misdemeanor of the 2nd degree. The incident occurred on Dec. 25, 2013 in Sterling. Sorenson was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police.

Brittany A. Williams, 21, of Childs, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution and pay a fine of $200. Williams previously pleaded guilty to one count of theft by unlawful taking and one count of disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on Nov. 10, 2013 in Waymart. Williams was arrested by the Waymart Borough Police.

Ann M. Diguiseppe, 54, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution and pay a fine of $150. Diguiseppe previously pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct, graded as a summary offense. The incident occurred on Sept. 26, 2013 in Cherry Ridge. Diguiseppe was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police.
