CHRISTINE S. BACHMANN, age 23 of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 8 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. She was also ordered to pay all court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, perform 50 hours of community service and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on January 7, 2013, in

Salem Township when Bachmann entered a private residence.

FAITH COLLINS, age 20 of Beach Lake, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI Impaired Ability/1st Offense, an ungraded Misdemeanor. She was also ordered to pay all court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 50 hours of community service and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on

October 23, 2013, in Texas Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Collins swerving in her lane of travel. At that time Collins was under the influence of Marijuana.

MELINDA ROSE MEGLIO, age 22 of Lackawaxen, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Insurance Fraud, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.

She was also ordered to pay all court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $6,865, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on August 14, 2012,

in Hawley Borough when Meglio falsely reported a stolen vehicle.

MARTY S. GRADDY, age 39 of Lakeland, GA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 5 months nor more than 1 year for one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on November 3, 2010, in Salem Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. At that time Graddy refused to submit to the drawing of a blood sample for chemical testing.

DEVON GERARD JENKINS, age 20 of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 2 months nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI (Minor), an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of

Harassment-Strike, Shove, Kick or Other Physical Contact, graded as a Summary offense. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 50 hours of community service and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on January 1, 2013, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to

investigate the report of a two vehicle crash. His BAC was .199%.

ALBERT R. NELSON, age 42 of Waymart, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 12 months nor more than 24 months for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred

on February 4, 2012, in Canaan Township when he assaulted a correction officer while incarcerated at SCI-Waymart.

DAKOTA A. SCHURE, age 20 of Sterling, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 12 months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the

1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred between May 16, 2013 and May 21, 2013, in Salem Township when Schure stole checks belonging to another.

ANDREW J. OTT, age 41 of Equinunk, PA pled guilty, in two separate cases, to one count of Theft By Deception-False Impression and one count of Theft From a Motor

Vehicle, both graded as a Misdemeanors of the 2nd Degree. The first incident occurred on September 10, 2012, in Manchester Township when Ott issued a check on a closed account to a local business. The second incident occurred on January 10, 2013, in

Damascus Township when stole a check belonging to another. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3, 3013.

SHAWN LEE ROUSSEAU, age 30 of Lake Ariel, PA pled guilty, in three separate cases, to one count of Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure, graded as a Felony of the 3rd

Degree, one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The first incident occurred on June 30, 2012, in Berlin Township when Rousseau and a co-defendant entered a private residence knowing they did not have permission to do so. The second incident occurred on July 3, 2012, in Clinton Township when Rousseau entered a residence and removed copper pipe. The third incident occurred between July 6, 2012, and July 9, 2012, in Clinton Township

when Rousseau stole a check and money from a private residence. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3, 2013.

MICHAEL CLEMO, age 35 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on March 23, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed Clemo swerving in his lane of travel. His BAC was .189%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3,

2013.

PETER M. IVOSEVIC, age 71 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI-Cont Substance Schedule 2 or 3-1st Offense, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of

Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Veh/Property, graded as a Summary Offense. The incident occurred on February 26, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police were called to investigate the report of a vehicle traveling

the wrong way on a one way street. At that time Ivosevic was under the influence of several controlled substances. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3.
