James W. Hoblin, 33, of Montgomery, NY was arrested June 12, 2013 at about 5:30 p.m. for possessing cocaine and hypodermic needles after the vehicle he was driving was stopped for V&T violations in the Town of Montgomery.
Hoblin was arrested after a search of his vehicle revealed he possessed cocaine and two hypodermic needles as he was operating his vehicle.
The suspect attempted to conceal the items in the center console of his vehicle as a trooper approached his vehicle after the stop.
Hoblin was arrested and processed for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. He was released and will reappear in the Town of Montgomery Court on July 9, 2013 at 5 p.m.
