George Bowman Jr. was found to be operating a vehicle impaired by drugs after troopers responded to a 911 call for an unresponsive man behind the wheel.
State Police at SP Liberty announce the arrest of George Bowman Jr, 42, of Livingston Manor, NY for the Misdemeanor of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs.
On May 30, 2013, State Police responded to a 911 poll of an unresponsive subject at the wheel of a vehicle on Arts Blvd in Livingston Manor, NY. Troopers identified Bowman as the operator and the subsequent interview revealed that Bowman had taken some prescription medication earlier in the day.
Bowman was given a series of sobriety tests, and was subsequently found to be impaired by drugs. Bowman was arrested for of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs. He was processed at SP Liberty and released to appear in the Town of Rockland Court.
