30-year-old Christopher Lein of Stroudsburg, PA is accused of burning 53-year-old Anthony Hannah three times with a hot clothing iron, while Hanna was a resident at the Keystone Residential Facility in Gouldsboro, PA.

According to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police at Honesdale, the incidents happened on December 30 and 31, 2012, and Hannah was burned on his stomach, back and shoulder. He sustained third-degree burns and required treatment at a trauma burn center.

The injuries to the victim were not discovered until January 1, when another care taker was tending to Hanna, who then immediately sought medical help. The victim could not report his injury because he can not speak.

An investigation revealed that Hanna's and Lein's DNA were both on the iron. Lein is no longer working at the facility.

On May 6, an arrest warrant was served on Lein and bail was set at $75,000.
