On 02/20/2013 Honesdale Borough Police arrested 26 year old Andrew O’Donnell of Lake Ariel, for possession of Heroin. O’Donnell was found to be in possession of the Heroin at the Wayne County Probation/Parole Department, while there for an appointment.
A misdemeanor charge of Possession of a Controlled substance was filed against O’Donnell. A central court appearance is forthcoming. Sgt. Kominski investigated.
