The New York State Police in Wurtsboro announce the arrest of THOMAS R. PASCAL, 23, of Pine Bush, NY, for two felony counts of Burglary in the second degree.
The arrest is the result of an investigation involving a burglary of a private residence in the town of Mamakating on 06/08/12. Troopers from the Wurtsboro station responded and their investigation led to the recovery of several stolen items and the subsequent arrest of PASCAL for this crime, and a burglary to the same residence that was reported several days earlier.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges are likely to be filed. PASCAL was arraigned by Mamakating Town Justice Joel Welsh and committed to Sullivan County Jail on no bail, to reappear on a later date.
