On April 26, 2012 the New York State Police in Highland in conjunction with the Troop “F” Major Crimes Unit arrested James F. Pezzo, age 51, of Highland, NY for “Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child” a felony.

An investigation initiated by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit in conjunction with the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force resulted in a search warrant being executed at Pezzo’s residence. An analysis of Pezzo’s computers revealed that he had several videos of child pornography. Pezzo is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 01, 2012 at 4:30pm to answer the above charge.
