Callicoon, NY - March 15, 2012

State Police in Liberty with the assistance of State Police in Wurtsboro announce the arrest of Jennifer Fay, age 31, Copiague, NY for Burglary 3rd and Grand Larceny 3rd.

Troopers in the Town of Callicoon conducted an investigation into a report of a Burglary, occurring at 814 Buck Brook Rd., North Branch, NY. The complainant reported that Jennifer Fay entered her garage and removed two ATV’s without her permission on 03/11/12. Further investigation led to the recovery of the vehicles at a residence in Copiague, NY on 03/14/12.

Fay was processed at SP Liberty for the above charges and arraigned in the Town of Callicoon and committed to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
