On November 26, 2011, State Police in Liberty arrested a man wanted by the Onondaga Sheriff's Department for Burglary. Damien Marshall, a 36 year old Syracuse, NY resident, and a back seat passenger in a vehicle stopped for inadequate brake lights, were found by Troopers to be drinking alcohol inside the vehicle. Troopers then learned that Marshall was wanted by the Onondaga Sheriff's Department for Burglary 2nd degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Thompson Court and then transported to the Onondaga Sheriff's Department to answer the warrant.
