On November 19, 2011, State Police in Wurtsboro arrested a woman for DWI following a traffic stop on Main st in the Village of Bloomingburg. Christine Baker, a 45 year old Bloomingburg resident, was stopped on Main St V/Bloomingburg for a traffic violation.

Pursuant to the stop, Ms. Baker was placed under arrest for DWI and was transported to SP Wurtsboro. Ms. Baker had a Blood Alcohol Content of .14%, was processed and released to a third party.
