Sunday, October 9, 2011 - Troopers stopped a 2010 Ford Fusion on State Rte 17B in Bethel, NY. After an investigation, James T. Cutroni, age 26 of Bethel, NY was charged with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated. He was issued tickets returnable to the town of Bethel court on 10/17/2011.
