Troopers out of SP Wurtsboro went to an apartment on Sullivan Street in the village of Wurtsboro after obtaining information that an occupant may have a warrant for the arrest of Shaun Graham.
They located Graham, age 28 of Pine Bush, NY, inside and it was determined that he had a warrant for his arrest out of SP Middletown. During the arrest it was found that Mr. Graham was in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles.
He was charged with Criminal Impersonation 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th & Possession of Hypodermic Needles. He was arrigned before T/Mamakating T/J Welsh and committed to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000.
