Troopers investigated an Aggravated Harassment complaint involving text messages and Facebook messages on Jluy 17.

Frankie D. Elliott, age 19 of Hurleyville, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd for allegedly violating an Order of Protection that had beed issued by town of Liberty Justice Brian Rourke.

Mr. Elliott was arraigned in front of Justice Rourke and remanded to the Sullivan County jail in lieu of $4,000 bail to reappear in court on July 21, 2011.
