Honesdale Borough Police responded to a reported fight at 1037 Main Street, Apt. 4, nn 05-13-2011 at 2:23 a.m. The fight had spilled out onto the porch at the location, but was finished prior to police arrival. After an investigation, Honesdale Borough Police have filed charges against three persons involved in the fight early that morning.

Charges of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Robert Schenk, David Eldred-Smith and Linda heath, all of Honesdale. Additionally, a charge of Possession of a Prohibited Offensive Weapon has been filed against Eldred-Smith for carrying a prohibited weapon during the fight on his person.

Charges were filed at the office of MDJ Mikulak at the Wayne County Court. A Central Court appearance is forthcoming.
