On April 27 State Police Liberty conducted a traffic stop in the Taco Maker parking lot in Monticello. The driver Grady D. Blackmon age 52 of Monticello was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated.

Grady was processed at SP Liberty where his blood alcohol was determined to be .10%. Grady was arraigned before Town of Thompson Judge Miller and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 bail.
