A 23-year old woman from Lackawana County was accused of disorderly conduct on April 13, after Pennsylvania State Police reponded to reports of a woman un a car parked in front of a Sunoco Gas station along State Route Six in TExas Township.

Polcie say the woman, Jill Rowlands, was found unresponsive in her vehicle, then "displayed erractioc behavior and began to vomit all over her person and vehicle."She admitted to smoking synthetic marijunana, which apparently made heer ill.

White Mills ambulances, Honesdale EMS and the state police responded to the scene. According to police, Rowlands was taken to Wayne Memorial Medical Center, where she wasw treated and released.
