HONESDALE, PA — There have been several promotions at Wayne Bank, just in time for the new year. Bonnie Taylor has been promoted to assistant trust officer, and Nancy A. Hart and Ryan French have been promoted to senior vice president.

According to Lewis J. Critelli, president and chief executive officer of Wayne Bank, “Bonnie, a recent Presidential Award of Excellence winner, exemplifies outstanding customer service and community spirit.” Taylor started her career at Wayne Bank in 2012 as a wealth management specialist and currently holds the title of wealth management associate. She has earned a paralegal certification from Penn State University.

Critelli said, “Nancy has dedicated her career to furthering the financial well-being of Norwood Financial and Wayne Bank, and there are few people as deserving of such recognition.” Hart joined the bank in 1979 as a member of the bookkeeping department. Over the course of her career with Wayne Bank, she has held various positions, and in 2001 was promoted to vice president. Nancy has earned an associate’s degree, with honors in banking and finance through the American Institute of Banking.

Of French, Critelli said, “Wayne Bank’s most valuable asset is our employees. Ryan has done an exceptional job managing the human resources operation of the bank, and we are confident in his continued success.” French joined Wayne Bank in August of 2009 as assistant vice president and director human resources. In 2011, he was promoted to vice president. French has 15 years of human resources experience and has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in human resources management from King’s College.
