MONTICELLO, NY — The Long Term Care Council (LTCC) will meet on Wednesday, July 15 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. The LTCCis the advisory board for Sullivan NYCONNECTS, the single Point of Entry for information on long-term services and supports in Sullivan County. The meeting will take place in the Legislative Committee Room (second floor) in the Sullivan County Government Center. Meetings of the LTCC are open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
