HONESDALE, PA — Dessin Animal Shelter has a continuing program offering neuters and rabies vaccines on the second Thursday of every month for feral and barn cats only. Sponosored by Dr. Emily Bold, DVM. The program costs $35, and includes both the vaccine and the neuter. All cats will be ear tipped.
