MONTICELLO, NY — The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from EPR Concord II, L.P. for the site of the proposed Adelaar development (site ID #C353014), located in the Town of Thompson at Concord Road, Kiamesha Lake.
Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than May 29. The application can be reviewed at Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library, 393 Broadway.
