JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — Jeff Bank has announced the appointment of Rhonda Decker to the role of senior vice president and branch administrator. In this role, Decker is responsible for oversight of Jeff Bank’s 12 banking locations including sales, customer service, operations, security and staffing.
“Rhonda started with us as a teller and has been through many significant changes as we have grown into who we are today,” said Wayne Zanetti, president and CEO. “We are very fortunate to have her on our team and we look forward to seeing where she will help lead us.”
Decker has been working for Jeff Bank since 1983, when she first started as a teller. In 1989 she was promoted to branch manager and in 2006 she was named assistant vice president. She became vice president/branch coordinator in 2008 and in 2009 was appointed as the bank’s security officer.
