Volunteers raise funds for new town hall refrigerator

NARROWSBURG, NY — Joined by volunteers, Debbie Reimer, far right, manager of Catskill Hudson Bank in Narrowsburg, hands over a check for $500 to Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce President Jane Luchsinger for the purchase of a new a commercial-grade refrigerator for the Tusten Town Hall.

The money was raised at a pancake breakfast sponsored by the bank and the chamber. “We are honored to be able to give back to our community. Our people make the difference,” Reimer said.

The refrigerator will be used by members of the community who rent the town hall facility and daily by the Sullivan County Nutrition site.
