Computer Center programs at the library

REGION — The Western Sullivan Public Library has added several new programs to the Public Computer Center. The following is the schedule for August.

Business Group meets every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Delaware Free Branch in Callicoon to discuss technology and marketing topics relevant to small businesses looking to advance their computer expertise.

Teen Tech Time meets every Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Delaware Free Branch in Callicoon to discuss technology-related topics of interest to teens, like designing video games and comic strips, creating and editing videos and more.

Preventing and Removing Computer Viruses Workshop will be held Wednesday, August 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Jeffersonville branch. Interview Workshop will be held on Monday, August 11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Delaware Free branch in Callicoon. Getting Started Computer Workshop will be held on Monday, August 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Tusten-Cochecton branch in Narrowsburg. Resumé Writing Workshop will be held on Monday, August 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Delaware Free branch in Callicoon. Using Google and the Internet Workshop will be held on Monday, August 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Tusten-Cochecton branch in Narrowsburg. Skype Workshop will be on Wednesday, August 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Branch.

Free Computer Support is also available at all three branches: Tuesdays in Jeffersonville from 1 to 6 p.m., Wednesdays in Callicoon from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturdays in Narrowsburg from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information visit the library on Facebook, Twitter, or at WSPLonline.org.
