These uniformed flag bearers are pictured just after rounding the corner at the Century Hotel. Local men, they were part of the 1953 Centennial Parade in Narrowsburg, NY. The Centennial celebration was a week-long event, including a Centennial Queen, a theatrical production about the founding of Tusten Township, prizes for the best costumes, the most outstanding beards, the best floats, etc. Can any of you good readers identify these men?
