LIBERTY, NY — The Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Sullivan County Caregiver Resource Center (CRC) will hold a free web lecture, “Hospital to Home: Preparations for Seniors,” on Wednesday, April 9 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Gerald J. Skoda Extension Education Center. This lecture will help caregivers avoid unnecessary readmissions through preparations of the home and family for the older adult’s return. Crucial aspects on what to expect the first day and first month after they return home will also be detailed. Coffee will be available.
