MILFORD, PA — The Upper Delaware GLBT Center (UDGLBT), 201 W. Harford St., will hold its second cookie-decorating class with Lora Wiley-Lennartz on Sunday, April 6 from noon to 3 p.m.

This class is beginner level. Techniques taught include covering sugar cookies with fondant, Easter/spring cookie designs, how to make homemade fondant cheaply and easily, brush embroidery technique and making flowers out of candy and fondant.

Wiley-Lennartz is the author of the baking blog Diary of a Mad Hausfrau (www.diaryofamadhausfrau.com). She is a recipe writer for the Duncan Hines website, and her creations have been featured on the websites Buzzfeed, Cupcakes Take the Cake, Disney’s Babble.com and ivillage.
