BEACH LAKE, PA — At the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship service on Sunday, March 2, Ginny Nordstrom will introduce yoga’s ethical observance of Svadhyaya titled “From The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice.” She will share Deborah Adele’s interpretation of this guideline as self-study. The program will be held at 10:15 a.m. at the Berlin Township Community Center. Refreshments and a social time will follow the program.
