Complaint lodged against Tusten councilman; Limit on campaign spending at issue
Former Tusten council member Andrea Reynosa has filed a formal complaint with the New York State Board of Elections (BOE) against Ned Lang, who ran against her and won in the November 2012 election for a seat on the town council. The letter was sent on May 3. Read more

UDC opposes PA DEP policy proposal
The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. (UDC) unanimously approved a letter to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) on May 2 expressing its opposition to the Sewage Facilities Planning Module Review for On-lot Sewage Systems Proposed in High Quality and Exceptional Value Watersheds. Dimock, PA township landowner and playwright Jan Quackenbush premiers "Fire on the Water" at the Narrowsburg Branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library, 2pm.
