The New York National Guard will be at the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library to teach a Citizen Preparedness Corp Training Program, 6:30pm. The training presents citizens with the knowledge and tools to prepare for emergencies. Participants receive a training certificate and a wallet-sized "Z-Card" with emergency preparedness tips.
