At the United Methodist Church of Monticello at 2pm Big Sky Productions entertains with holiday stories and songs. Included in the $10 admission price are desserts, coffee and tea. Audience members are asked to bring a non-perishable food item.
Meeting of the Sullivan County Philatelic Society at the Ted Stroebele Recreation Center, 1pm. First will be a business meeting followed by a how-to session on the proper way in buying stamps and then a 10-lot auction.
Monticello Police arrested Trevor Sasso, age 31, of Monticello on Wednesday 11/19/14. Sasso was charged with Felony Assault in the 2nd Degree and Misdemeanors for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration. Sasso was also wanted by New York State Parole as a Parole Absconder. Read more
