Middletown man arrested for rape and kidnapping
On Sunday, May 1, 2011, the New York State Police at Middletown announced the arrest of Walter W. Hinds Jr., 37, at the Alexander Motel, 139 Berme Road, Port Jervis, NY, for rape 1st degree, a Felony and Kidnapping 2nd Degree, a Class B Felony.
On that day, the New York State Police received a phone call from the Ellenville Regional Hospital regarding a sexual assault. Read more
