The New York State Police in Middletown announce the arrest of Charles Dunlap age 62, of St. Petersburg, Florida for Grand Larceny. Dunlap stole over $60,000 from the Orange County Youth Football League while he was treasurer from 2008 until 2012. Dunlap stole funds that were collected from the league to pay insurance for some of the children. Read more
The Hoboken International Film Festival (HIFF), which has grown in popularity over the past seven years of its existence, will be moving to Middletown this summer. An announcement about the move was made at a press conference with New York Senator Chuck Schumer, the head of the film festival Kenneth Del Vecchio on February 19.
