The Hoboken International Film Festival (HIFF), which has grown in popularity over the past seven years of its existence, will be moving to Middletown this summer. An announcement about the move was made at a press conference with New York Senator Chuck Schumer, the head of the film festival Kenneth Del Vecchio on February 19. Friends of Middletown Thrall Library will host on Sunday at 2 p.m. a special Fall Concert at Middletown Thrall Library. The program will feature Ellen Kaye with the Moscow 57 Band at the Community Room of Middletown Thrall Library, 11-19 Depot Street. It is free and open to the public.
