On February 8, 2013, the New York State Police at Liberty arrested Travis Thomas, age 25, of Poughkeepsie, NY and Travis Morton, age 27, of Livingston Manor, NY for two felony counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. A Livingston Manor woman was arrested for leaving her three young children unattended in a vehicle while she went shopping. On the afternoon of November 26, deputies from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s office on patrol in Livingston Manor spotted the three children in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Peck’s supermarket.
