Vegetarian Hotel owner to speak and sign cookbooks

Verb Konviser, former owner of the Vegetarian Hotel in Woodridge and author of "The Vegetarian Hotel Cookbook," will speak about the origins (1920) and development and the food at his hotel, one of only two vegetarian hotels in the Catskills, at the Sullivan County Museum, 265 Main St., 7pm.
