Peter Clifford, 28, of Honesdale, was sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $750.00, undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 90 days nor more than 6 months, and perform 50 hours of community service within 6 months. Clifford previously pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, graded as a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. The incident occurred on Dec. 1, 2013 in Texas Township.
