On Friday, May 15, 2015 at 1100 hours, members of the Wayne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force went to 2006 Great Bend Turnpike, Honesdale to serve an arrest warrant they had prepared on Steven Daniel Eldred for felony drug delivery charges stemming from an investigation they had ongoing where Eldred sold heroin to an undercover confidential informant.
