Sullivan County District Attorney Jim Farrell announced today that Noel Russell, age 37, of South Fallsburg, N.Y., was found guilty of two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault, class A-2 felonies, two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, class A-2 felonies, and two counts of Incest in the 1st Degree, class B felonies, after a jury trial in Sullivan County Court in front of County Court Judge Michael McGuire.  Read more
