Macro Flower Photography Weekend at PEEC

Sustainability teach-in
The second annual "Teach-In for Prepping, DIY, Sustainability and Anything Local" will be held at Yeoman's Kitchen, 2pm. The event features open teaching sessions on winter/four season gardening, easy garden starting, backyard livestock, maple sugaring, home energy, non-GMO feed options and more. All welcome. Geocaching workshop
"Thanks for the cache!" a session introducing the sport of geocaching, at the PPL Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center, 11am-1pm. Presenter: Kevin “CaptainMath” DeVizia, Tri-State Geocachers. Mushroom Demo and Discussion
Mushroom Demo and Discussion with H. Leonard Bell, Visionary at the Mill Market, in the Hawley Silk Mill, 11am-1pm. Mushroom blocks will grow up to 10lbs of mushrooms. Leonard will have 3 varieties including Lions Mane, Oyster, and Shiitake. The demo will include details on how to grow your block and maybe even naturalize your mushrooms on your own property.
