Geocaching/GPS walk with Outdoor Club
On Friday, 5:30pm to be hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) and Sullivan County’s new Outdoor Club at the CCE Turtle Spring Nature Trail, 64 Ferndale-Loomis Rd. Signs of Fall Walk

Join Harry Jordan, Park Extern for a hike to search for the telltale signs of fall. Watch for frenzied squirrels and chipmunks, migrating birds and so much more. Hike will be about a mile and will be easy with a few hills. Please dress for the weather, bring water, and wear sturdy shoes. Open to all ages. Please register.

Join the Park Naturalist for a foray into ferns! Discover the new Wildcat trail at Varden Conservation Area. This trail has at least 5 different species of ferns. We will meet at Western Wayne Middle School’s parking lot and cross the road to the trailhead. Hike will be about a mile and be easy with a few hills. The North American Orienteering Championships (NAOC 2012)
Watch world class runners from from the US, Canada, the Caribbean and Europe go head to head in three World Ranking Events. Headquarters will be at Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) in connection with the host club, the Delaware Valley Orienteering Association (DVOA)
