Penn State Extension in Pike County will hold the first of 5 weekly sessions of a free Quit Smoking Course, 3–4pm; Pocono Lake Region Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center. The group will meet for 5 consecutive Wednesdays. Pre-registration is required. Nicotine patches available while supplies last.
