Builders association announces resignation of executive officer

HAWLEY, PA — The Wayne County Builders Association (WCBA) announced that Executive Officer Laurie Lourie has resigned from her position. Lourie began her career with WCBA over 21 years ago in a part-time role and was later promoted to the full-time position. In 1993, Lourie’s first year with the builders, the association’s membership totaled 38. As of May 2014, Wayne County serves over 170 members.  Read more

MIDDLETOWN, NY — The Greater Hudson Valley Health System (GHVHS), comprised of Catskill Regional Medical Center and Orange Regional Medical Center, announced Richard Carrico, as chief financial officer (CFO). Child care providers wanted in Monticello and Liberty

REGION — The Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. has determined a need for child care in the Monticello and Liberty areas, as well as in the Towns of Fallsburg and South Fallsburg.
There is a lack of child care available, especially for the 4 p.m. to midnight shift and weekend care, as well as a need for infant care and providers who accept subsidy payments through the Working Parents Program in these areas.
