Business without Borders joint networking event

MILFORD, PA — The Tri-State Chamber of Commerce and the Pike County Chamber of Commerce will present “Business without Borders,” a summer joint networking event at the Hotel Fauchere on Tuesday, July 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This is an opportunity to meet and connect with businesses from all over the tri-state area. Green Lodging Partnership welcomes two new partners

HAWLEY, PA AND BETHEL, NY —The Delaware Highlands Conservancy’s (DHC) Green Lodging Partnership has welcomed two new partners: Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, NY and the Roebling Inn on the Delaware in Lackawaxen, PA, bringing to the number to 12 local lodgings that have asked their guests to join them in the long-term protection of our quality of life. Guests pay a $2 donation with each lodging reservation, which is contributed directly to the DHC to support its conservation mission to protect the natural assets that bring tourists to the Upper Delaware River region.  Read more

Mixer to connect business community of Sullivan County

MONTICELLO, NY — The Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development has joined forces with the Sullivan County Visitors Association, the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, and the Sullivan County Industrial Development Agency to jointly host a networking mixer designed to unite Sullivan County’s business community. New brew system at Roscoe NY Beer Co.

ROSCOE, NY — More beer will be flowing out of Roscoe this summer. In addition to its flagship beer, Trout Town™ American Amber Ale, Roscoe NY Beer Co. will begin distributing new styles of beer throughout the area. The installation of the new brewing system in early May has allowed for production of new brews on a larger scale. Kegs of the new beer will be sold to local bars and restaurants, and customers will be able to purchase growler fills at the company’s Rockland Road retail store. Michigan-based Psycho Brew, LLC is manufacturing and installing the new five-barrel system.  Read more

Rolling V Bus Corp. donates fly fishing equipment to local school district

SOUTH FALLSBURG, NY — Rolling V Bus Corp., a passenger transportation company based in the Catskills region, recently donated fly-fishing equipment to the Livingston Manor School District to help teach children about this Sullivan County pastime.
