MONGAUP VALLEY, NY — The August meeting of the Professional Women of Sullivan County (PWSC) will be held at the River Edge Restaurant on Wednesday, August 19 at 6 p.m. Dinner choices will be salmon teriyaki glaze with salad, potatoes and veggies; chicken parmesan over pasta; or pasta primavera. The cost is $24 for members, $27 for non-members. The speaker will be Susanne Spring. Spring has been teaching yoga for 25 years. She will introduce attendees to yoga and lead some standing and sitting poses that include stretching and enlivening breathing to reduce stress and, over time, improve sleep. Wear comfortable clothes to this meeting to help with the stretching.
