SHOHOLA, PA — Creative Conversations is a series in which local artists meet from 3 to 4 p.m. on the last Sunday of the month to debate topics of interest to the local community. On Sunday, July 26, the topic will be “How our limitations make us free.”
As modern technology provides us with more and more choices, it’s easy to become overwhelmed—or even exhausted. We have more information and knowledge than ever before, but perhaps less wisdom. Our limitations can have a surprising way of liberating us, as having fewer choices frees our minds to focus on what’s really important. Agree? Disagree?
You’re welcome to put your two cents in, or just sit and listen. It’s free and open to the public, sponsored by the Barryville Area Arts Association, with complimentary refreshments provided by The Artists’ Market Community Center, 114 Richardson Ave. Email barryvilleareaarts@gmail.com.
