ELDRED, NY — Ten children per session will have the chance to help Santa in his temporary workshop in Eldred on five different dates in December. There will be storytelling, Christmas caroling, tree decorating, and each child will have the chance to build a wooden toy with Santa. Each workshop session lasts a little more than an hour. A donation of $12 per child is requested. Santa’s workshops are scheduled (two per date) for Wednesday, December 10 at 5:30 and 7 p.m.; Friday, December 12 at 5:30 and 7 p.m.; Wednesday, December 17 at 5:30 and 7 p.m.; Saturday, December 20 at 5:30 and 7 p.m. and on Sunday December 21 at 3:30 and 5 p.m. You can follow Santa’s preparations at www.facebook.com/santaworkshophome.
