FORESTBURGH, NY — The Forestburgh Tavern will hold its fourth weekend of the first annual Fall Series at the Forestburgh Tavern. On Friday, September 26 at 8 p.m. is The Costellos and on Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. is an evening of folk music.
The Costellos pop music redefines rock for the new millennium, combining pop, rock, country and surf. There is a $10 cover at the door or reserve a table by calling 845/794-2005. Doors open at 7 p.m. for dinner and drinks.
The music continues with an evening of folk music with ticket prices benefitting WJFF. Garnet Rogers opens the night. A charismatic performer with humor moves his audience from tears to laughter and back again. Karen Savoca with Pete Heitzman will perform a blend of hybrid pop with lots of jazz whimsy and slippery funk. Doors open for dinner and drinks at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $20 in advance and $25 at the door. To reserve call WJFF at 845/482-4141.
