PHILLIPSPORT, NY — The Phillipsport Community Center (PCC) recently announced that the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA) has awarded the group $1,500 to pay for Music Night performances. President Matthew Migliaccio will receive the award by the end of March at a presentation made by the DVAA in Narrowsburg.
Migliaccio stated, “We were quite happy to be able to continue our events and pay our performers.” Chris Cernak will book the musicians and can be reached at pccmusicbooking@gmail.com. Music Night will take place on the third Saturday of each month beginning in May and ending in October. The Phillipsport Community Center is located at 657 Red Hill Rd. The admission donation and food profits go to the maintenance of the organization’s building, a circa 1870 one-room schoolhouse.
